• We can bill as an out-of-network provider if your plan has out-of-network benefits.

• We can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

• Initial Assessment (60-70 min): $180

  • We will take a deep dive into your food and nutrition history and lay the foundation for future sessions

• Follow-Up (50-55 min): $140

• Abbreviated Follow-Up (30 min): $85
